"Petitioners Listening To Neither Government, Nor Court": Karnataka Minister On Hijab Ban Order
"(The state government) reiterated that students irrespective of caste, creed, religion need to wear uniforms. The court has taken a similar stand. Now, (petitioners) are saying even the court is is wrong" says Dr CN Ashwath Narayan, Minister of Higher Education on Muslim students' reaction to the Karnataka High Court's order upholding the hijab ban.
