Hindi Has Destroyed 25 Northern Languages: M K Stalin, Amit Shah Misleads On Delimitation Says Udhay
In today's edition of The Tamil Nadu Brief, NDTV's Sam Daniel reports on M K Stalin taking the language imposition battle to the people in northern India saying Hindi has nearly eliminated 25 native languages including Bhojpuri. A day after Amit Shah assured southern states will not lose any MP seats to delimitation, Udhayanidhi Stalin demanded an assurance in the form of parliament resolution. And a school teacher in Ariyalur arrested for alleged sexual harassment of a school girl.
