'Hindi Imposition' Debate: Kamal Haasan Wades In
Tamil megastar Kamal Haasan has thrown his weight behind Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin's stance. Mr Haasan, the founder of Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM), took to social media to praise MK Stalin, calling him a protector of Tamil culture, just like his predecessors. The Chief Minister has taken a strong stand against the New Education policy, alleging that the Centre wants to impose Hindi through the 3-language formula, a charge denied by the Union government.
