Moral police in Maharashtra claim that hookah bars are corrupting the youth and leading the charge is Mumbai's Mayor. They were a rage when they first hit Mumbai - hip hangout joints for youngsters looking to blow their time away. They were opened in upscale restaurants and coffee shops across the city, since then joints have been serving up a flavoured sheeshah mix to puff away.
