Reacting to the Mysuru-Darbhanga Express train accident, Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan (Lalan) Singh said that such incidents are happening because of the deeds of the miscreants who are placing objects on the tracks. Following this, he alleged that the accidents were being caused intentionally.
