Delhi is battling a crisis as the Yamuna has risen to the highest level ever, breaking a 45-year-old record. With houses, markets and roads flooded, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal urged residents of low-lying areas to vacate their homes immediately. The Chief Minister held an emergency meeting and asked the centre to ensure that no more water is released by Haryana's Hathnikund barrage. The administration has relocated people living in flood-prone areas and shut the Old Railway Bridge for traffic and train movement. A report by NDTV's Priyanshi Sharma.
