The violence that engulfed Northeast Delhi last week took over 50 lives. But even in the midst of the trauma are tales of courage and brotherhood. In Gokulpuri, 53-year-old Mohinder Singh alongwith his son Inderjeet saved over 60 lives by transporting Muslim families who were being attacked,to a safer place. Mr Singh says that during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots he had lived the horror but had been saved by samaritans and this time it was his turn to rescue others.
