How safe are pubs in Delhi?
The whole country was shocked by the images of some self-appointed moral policemen beating up women in a Mangalore pub. But do women in Delhi feel that they are safe in the city's pubs? Images of the Mangalore pub attack brought back unpleasant memories for Ramita Singh, a bank executive. "It was 11 in the evening. Some people in the pub were being a bit rude and were saying things which were not very respectful. If there was a guy with us, probably they would have been less inclined towards saying something to you," said Ramita.
