Polling has ended in second and final phase of elections in the state of Himachal Pradesh, where 67 per cent voter turnout was recorded. Just three remote constituencies had voted in the first phase in November. Wednesday's voting will decide the fate of 324 candidates. Counting will be held on the 28th of this month. Low voter turnout of about 10-15 per cent was witnessed in the first few hours of polling to the crucial 65 seats in Himachal Pradesh assembly.
