The Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) building in south Mumbai is close to being leased out for a hefty sum. After much speculation about leasing Mumbai propoerty, NDTV has learnt that the FMCG giant feels renting is more viable and is in advanced stages of talks with JP Morgan. Sources suggest that the negotiations are being done at Rs 310 a sq ft for 70,000 sq ft, which would mean potentially an annual rental revenue of Rs 26 crore from this transaction alone.
