Human touch: Red Cross aims to sensitise J&K kids
Jammu Kashmir has been in the grip of militancy for close to two decades. Now the International Committee of Red Cross in association with the state Education department has introduced a subject called Exploring Humanitarian Law in secondary schools in Jammu and Kashmir.
