A Chinese investment fraud of Rs 903 crore, that was running in India, China, Taiwan, Cambodia and UAE, has been busted by the Hyderabad Police. Ten people who were running the hawala scam from Delhi and Mumbai have been taken into custody. This includes two foreigners - a Chinese and a Taiwanese national. Uma Sudhir spoke to Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand who says this could be just the tip of the iceberg.
