I am for decriminalising gay sex: Arun Jaitley to NDTV
The BJP hasn't closed its mind as a party on decriminalising homosexuality, says its senior leader Arun Jaitley. Taking questions from first time voters at SRCC college on our new election series Political Roots, the Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha said there were divergent individual views within the party. And his own view was to support the Delhi High Court verdict that had first removed the criminal tag from being gay.
