National Conference leader Omar Abdullah, whose party is the third largest in Jammu and Kashmir, said today that he would not stake claim to form government after the Mehbooba Mufti-led PDP-BJP alliance collapsed. "I have met the Governor just now. I told him that the NC did not get the mandate in 2014 so even in 2018 we don't have the mandate," said the former Chief Minister.
