I-T dept gets 4 wks to decide on Vodafone liability
The Income Tax department gets four weeks from Supreme Court to determine the tax liability on Vodafone which purchased Hutch's Indian operations in 2007. The I-T department has pegged Vodafone's tax liability at Rs 12,000 crore earlier.
