I-T dept not in favour of out of court settlement with Vodafone
After fighting its case against Vodafone for the last three years and getting a Supreme Court order to force the company to deposit Rs. 11,000 crore in form of cash deposits and bank guarantees, the Income Tax department is in no mood to relent.
