After losing the Amravati Lok Sabha seat to Congress' Balwant Baswant Wankhade in the Lok Sabha election 2024, BJP leader Navneet Rana spoke about her defeat in front of the media and affirmed that even after losing, I won when Prime Minister Modi took oath as PM. She also regretted not winning the Amravati Lok Sabha seat in 2024 for the second time. Navneet Rana said to the media, "I think that even after losing, I won when Prime Minister Modi took oath as PM. I work with a principle and that is a little bend is never the end. I will continue to work with this principle only. The only regret will be that in 2019, the people of Amravati made me win as an independent candidate, but what did I do in 2024 that the people of my Amravati defeated me here?"
