IAS officer pushes Dalit out of room
Trying to address his grievances at a Government office in Uttar Pradesh, a Dalit man was ill-treated and pushed out of the room today by an IAS officer. The Dalit wanted to complain to the authorities about the accommodation in the Kaanshi Ram Awas Yojna for the urban poor, when RP Singh, Special Principal Secretary and the District Magistrate of Etawah caught him by his collar and pushed him out of the aanganwadi.
