IBIS Buyout Will Be Margin Dilutive: Sonata Software
Srikar Reddy, MD & CEO of Sonata Software, spoke to NDTV about the company's latest acquisition of US-based IBIS for $14 million. He said the buyout will be margin dilutive but it will be EPS accretive for the company.
