"Identity Politics Has Ruled Bihar For Far Too Long": Finance Commission Chief
Speaking exclusively to NDTV on his new book, 'Portraits of Power', the Chairman of the 15th Finance Commission, NK Singh, said, "Bihar's great problem is that it has not been able to overcome the social stratification which restricts mobility of capital and labour within a stratified social order, and that identity politics has ruled Bihar for far too long". He also shared his views on sharing revenue with states.
