In a scathing attack on former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh, Navjot Singh Sidhu questioned why Mr Singh didn't act if he saw thefts taking place. "I have been fighting for this from Day 1. I told the Chief Minister three years ago that we need to price the sand trolleys at Rs 1,000. Now, he (Amarinder Singh) is saying that these guys robbed it... was he sleeping? He could see that robbery was going on, he didn't do anything. This is a sign of cowardice. He is a coward," Navjot Sidhu told reporters.
