'If We Don't Fight, Who Will?': Stalked Chandigarh Woman Explains Stand

A young woman from Chandigarh who says she was chased in a car by Haryana BJP President's son Vikas Barala and his friends on Friday night has told NDTV that she considers herself "extremely lucky" to have the resources to stand up to her potential kidnappers. "I am in a position where I can take a stand. I am educated, I live in a city. If I was village girl, I probably would not have had the resources to fight these guys. So If we don't do it, who will?"
