iGate-Patni deal complete, Phaneesh is CEO
IT major iGate has completed the acquisition of Patni with the 20 per cent open offer being fully subscribed. The new combined entity now named iGate-Patni will see the high-profile exits including Patni CEO Jeya Kumar and CFO Surjeet Singh. Phaneesh Murthy will take over as MD and CEO of Patni.
