IIT Madras Goes Global, Opens International Campus At Zanzibar
IIT Madras has started its first international campus at Zanzibar in Tanzania offering BS and MTech programmes. However, aspirants need not crack the tough IIT JEE like entrace test. The number one ranked institute hopes this expansion would improve its global rankings. NDTV'S Sam Daniel spoke to the institute's Director Professor V Kamakoti.
