Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala disagreed that reservation in private sector is against common citizenship interests and said a glass ceiling cannot stop the skilled and educated locals from having equal rights. He was speaking exclusively to NDTV after the Punjab and Haryana High Court struck down a law mandating 75% reservation for Haryana residents in private sector.
