In AIADMK Leadership Battle, It's Advantage EPS. OPS' Expulsion Holds
In a huge victory for AIADMK leader and former Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisami (EPS), the Madras High court today struck down its earlier single judge order that had struck down his elevation as Interim General Secretary by the general council he had convened. The order restores EPS as the singular AIADMK boss and the expulsion of O Panneerselvam, or OPS, from the party. NDTV'S Sam Daniel spoke to the counsel for EPS, IS Inbadurai, after the court order.
