In Chest-High Water, Delhi Man Walks With 2 Children On Shoulder
A man was seen walking with two children on both his shoulders in water that rose up to his chest in a neighbourhood in Delhi near the Yamuna, whose water overflowed, flooding several localities. "We have been here for 12 years. All our family members have come out in rescue boats," a woman on a boat told NDTV. The NDRF has rescued many residents in flood-hit north Delhi areas.
