We speak to Matthias Muller, Volkswagen CEO; Rupert Stadler, Audi, Chairman - Board of Management; and Ian Callum, Director of Design, Jaguar on the future of electric mobility as each company showcased their own electric vehicles - VW ID Vizzion, Audi e-Tron and Jaguar IPace respectively. Muller spoke about how VW wants to be the market leader in electric mobility and it is high priority along with autonomous cars for the company. Audi showcased the e-Tron at the show and Rupert Stradler said that the car while raising his concern about the infrastructure to support electric mobility in some markets, will prove to be a great option for the Indian market. Jaguar launched the I-Pace, and while talking to Ian, he told us how the design took 3-4 years to complete and how it is very different from the regular Jaguars considering it doesn't have any internal combustion engine. Also on the show, at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, the finalists of the World Car Of The Year have been announced and we have all the details for you.
