In Madhya Pradesh, there's already FDI in retail
BJP government in Madhya Pradesh may be totally opposed to the Centre's decision to introduce Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the retail sector but for over two years now, the state has been playing host to two Best Price shops, a wholesale cash-and-carry outlet which is a joint venture between Bharti and Wal Mart.
