In Mega Outreach To Tribals, PM Modi To Launch Rs 24,000 Crore Welfare Scheme
Speaking in Madhya Pradesh's Jhabua today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi lashed out very strongly at the Congress, alleging that the party for decades treated the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community of the country as just a vote bank and systemically exploited them. The Prime Minister will also launch a Rs 24,000-crore scheme tomorrow which is aimed at the development of Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTG). Will the BJP's poll promises and outreach to ST communities improve its tally this time? Will the Congress hold on to its gains in ST seats?
