In Mumbai's Parel, People Walk On Road Divider After Rain Floods Road
As heavy rain lashed overnight and on Tuesday morning, several low-lying areas, including Parel, were flooded. People were seen making their way through waist-deep water on a flooded road in Parel. Several people even balanced themselves on the road divider to avoid the water. The intense rain has affected local train and bus services. Saurabh Gupta reports from Parel.
