"As far as eastern Ladakh goes, we had proposed a three-stage process. Out of that, the first part has been achieved. Next one is de-escalation. As I see it, in the near future, I don't see any change," Lt General SL Narasimhan said when asked whether Xi Jinping acquiring more powers will have any effect on the Ladakh tensions.
