In Relief For DK Shivakumar, High Court Rejects CBI Plea To Continue Probe | Read

The Karnataka High Court has dismissed two pleas to continue investigating Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar in a disproportionate assets case. The pleas were filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation and the other by BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal.

The state government had withdrawn an earlier order - passed by the BJP government led by former Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa - for an inquiry by the federal agency.
