When a school boy over took his SUV at night in May last year, Rocky Yadav was so enraged that he shot the young driver dead, a court in Bihar has ruled. Rocky Yadav, whose parents are seen as influential, will be sentenced on September 6. His mother was a politician with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's party at the time of the shooting but was suspended soon after; her husband, Bindi Yadav, is a powerful businessman who was accused of destruction of evidence to shield their son.
