In Uttar Pradesh, children made to fan babus at meeting
Four young boys can be seen fanning a group of government officials in a video footage of a meeting in Uttar Pradesh's Shamli district. The meeting was being chaired by the state's welfare secretary Sunil Kumar when he was in Shamli to review a development programme. The meeting was also attended by Shamli's District Magistrate Praveen Kumar.
