There has been violence outside a bank in western Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr district that was in short supply of cash this morning. In videos shot by villagers who had queued up at a branch of the Punjab National Bank, about 70 km from the Bulandshahr town, to withdraw money, a few women can be seen arguing with, and then assaulting a cop, a head constable who allegedly misbehaved with the crowd.
