Nearly 80 countries have called for the "territorial integrity" of Ukraine to be the basis for any peace agreement to end Russia’s two-year war. Some key developing nations at a Swiss conference did not join in. On the second and final day of the Summit, India decided not to sign the joint communique or any other document emerging from the conference.
