India-Belgium Bonhomie: High-level Delegation In India To Boost Trade, Diplomatic Ties
India-Belgium Bonhomie | Days after a massive EU delegation visited India and set a year-end deadline for FTA talks, a high-level Belgian delegation, led by Princess Astrid, is in India till the 8th of March to boost trade and diplomatic ties. The delegation is accompanied by a major economic mission with 36 companies and four official organisations too. Foreign minister S Jaishankar met with Belgium's foreign minister, Maxime Prevot, at Hyderabad House where talks focused on semiconductors and AI among other things while Princess Astrid also met with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh to discuss defence collaboration.
