"India Can't Be...": US Ex-Official Dismisses Concerns Over PM's Moscow Visit
Former US Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, said India can't be held to a loyalty test every five minutes as she dismissed concerns over Prime Minister Modi's visit to Russia. She spoke at the Security and Defence Summit Indus X organised by US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) and Stanford University. At the event in Palo Alto, she spoke to Maha Siddiqui in a fireside chat where she called Russian defence equipment "junk".
