India has rejected objections from China over Home Minister Amit Shah's visit to Arunachal Pradesh. It said - such objections do not change the ground reality - which is that Arunachal Pradesh was, is and will remain an integral and inalienable part of India. China said the Home Minister's visit to the area was a violation of Beijing's territorial sovereignty as it claims Arunachal to be South Tibet and had also renamed 11 places in Arunachal in Mandarin just days before this move.
