India Has Had "Democratic History" Since Long: Amartya Sen
Economist and Nobel laureate Professor Amartya Sen tells NDTV that in the list of human rights, India is pretty low. "Historically we have had a democratic history going back," he says on whether we can take democracy in India for granted.
