India is a hard place to do business: Vedanta's Anil Agarwal

Anil Agarwal, chairman of London based Vedanta says India is a hard place to do business because the decisions are not timely. Speaking at a conference, Agarwal, whose key projects in Orissa held up because of environmental clearances said India needs more mega projects, but they don't get cleared.
