It is election time and political parties are vying for the attention of the tea garden workers. They play a decisive role in at least four parliamentary constituencies in Assam. So why did no politician make the journey to Kunapather tea estate which was rocked by the brutal killings of its owner and his wife 15 months ago? Fear and uncertainty threatened the future of over 800 tea garden workers and their families.
