India Needs To Move Towards Achieving ODF Plus Tag: Naina Lal Kidwai
Naina Lal Kidwai, Chairperson, India Sanitation Coalition says now India should move towards achieving the goal of ODF plus which means total sanitation in terms of solid waste management, improved sewerage lines, storm water drains and pucca cement roads, in addition to open defecation free tag. Naina adds if ODF Plus targets are not met then for the country it will be a very expensive failure.
