India Open To Foreign Aid For Kerala, Say Sources

The centre has decided to accept foreign aid and humanitarian assistance being offered for flood ravaged Kerala, according to sources. This comes after uncertainty over whether the centre will give its nod to the Rs 700 crore offered by UAE as claimed by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
