India, Pak rule out joint terror probe
The Samjhauta Express blasts dominated the meeting between the Indian and Pakistani foreign ministers in the Capital. There will be no joint probe and instead information on the investigation will be shared by India during the first meeting of the joint anti terror mechanism in early March.
