India regrets air strikes against Libya: SM Krishna
"We regret the air strikes that are taking place in Libya. We are viewing ongoing violence with grave concern," said External Affairs Minister SM Krishna. American and European forces have begun a broad campaign of strikes against the government of Col. Muammar el-Gaddafi.
