India's Food Regulatory Authority Gives Street Food A 'Clean Makeover'
If you love street food but are worried about hygiene the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has started a new and unique concept. They will now be certifying street food hubs to make sure that consumers get clean and hygienic food across the country.
