India's Green Energy Roadmap, Aims At 500 GW By 2030
India added a record 30 GW of renewable energy capacity in 2024, exceeding its 2023 total by over 113%. This milestone pushes the country closer to its ambitious 500 GW target by 2030. India needs to add an average of 50 GW of renewable energy capacity per annum over the next six years to achieve its target.
