India is building for Mongolia its first oil refinery, spending 1.2 billion dollars. This is India's single largest project to any country. Landlocked between two giants Russia and China, Mongolia is unable to access international markets for trade due to lack of sea route. NDTV's Sam Daniel spoke to Ambassador M P Singh, India's envoy to Mongolia at the World Export Forum at capital Ulaanbaatar, hosted by UN's trade arm International Trade Centre.
